Here's Mayor Hamish McDouall helping out Whanganui and Partners' Paul Kjoss and Billie Lawson at the Covi Supershow in Auckland during the weekend. It was great that all three were able to get amongst New Zealand's largest annual motorhome, caravan and outdoor expo to promote Whanganui and invite visitors to our district.

Due to cooler temperatures, the Whanganui East Pool is closed for the summer season. Thanks to the people in the Whanganui East community and beyond who used the pool over the summer months and we look forward to next summer when it opens once again. To keep warm in the wintery months and work on your swimming and fitness, the Splash Centre is open year-round.
