THE OWNER HAS BEEN LOCATED. Found a honey coloured pitbull cross male pup was found around Purnell Street in the Springvale area. He is very sociable and friendly. He is wearing a black spiked collar. At the moment he is located at the Vets on Carlton but soon he will be transported to the Wanganui pound.
